Once you understand the truly wide variety of household services we offer, the sooner you can book us to take care of all the little things needing done that have been building up in your life, because all the other companies have been so expensive and you are too busy to take care of everything by yourself. When you rest in the care of Amanda's Household Services, you know we have got you covered, ranging from taking care of and tutoring kids, to planning and setting up an entire party with rented china; from cleaning a home and walking a dog to painting an entire room and mowing lawns and power washing windows; from prepping and serving at a fancy catered event to being a personal assistance and running your errands and filing your paperwork...at the cheapest price you will find, all at a moment's notice! We're RIGHT HERE FOR YOU, RIGHT NOW, ANY TIME, ANY DAY! We are willing to work with you regarding days, times, prices, anything! The prices below are not set in stone, rather they are guidelines.
WE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING SERVICES:
BABYSITTING - can be any age; I am great with young kids, I have an 5 year old of my own - kids can be brought to my home, which is very safe and full of toys and usually a second responsible adult, my mother, is around as extra eyes and ears, OR child can be watched at your own home; $8-10/hr only, depending on how many kids and what else you may want done around the house...the cheapest and most WONDERFUL (extremely responsible, safe, very caring, awesome with all kids, prepared with list of emergency numbers and locations, plays games well, does arts and crafts, likes to exercise with kids, etc.) babysitting services (which can include some minor cleaning, laundry, dishes as well) you'll find!
EVENT PLANNING/PARTY SET-UP AND CLEAN-UP – can plan and set up all necessary arrangements for you to throw a party, including guest lists, rental space, invites, decorations and theme, centerpieces, food/beverages or catering, etc.; can also simply set-up for a party per your exact instructions and come back to clean up and pack things up after; I also offer some things to be rented for use at parties, including china, wine glasses, water glasses, silverware, tablecloths, and seat covers; $12/hr for planning and making arrangements for a party, $12/hr for setting up and cleaning up after parties, $12/hr catering at the parties if it just me handling the food and no other outside caterer is there (they will charge their own fees, I can recommend some good caterers), and rental of items depends on which items and how many
CLEANING - minor or major; I am a great cleaner; can be hired to come to your home and CLEAN EVERYTHING (floors, dusting high and low, putting stuff away and tidying, spot cleaning walls and doors and moldings, wiping furniture/surfaces/toys/on top of things/decor/etc., laundry, bathrooms and toilets and showers, kitchen and appliances and dishes and putting dishes away, cleaning up kids' rooms, etc. PLUS anything you specify to me you want done), either daily/weekly/monthly, for just the cleaning services, and if you do not have your own cleaning supplies I will purchase what is needed and you will be charged accordingly. I have a lot of my own supplies, but special jobs require special products; $12/hr ONLY, THE CHEAPEST HOUSE CLEANING AROUND!
ORGANIZING/OFFICE WORK - can come to your home and tidy up and organize things for you, such as a closet, a bedroom, an office or office area (computer desks, filing cabinets - paperwork organized, put into folders, alphabetized, etc.), a kitchen, a car (clean out the junk, bring stuff in that doesn't need to be in car, organizing center console/glove compartment, vacuum floor/seats/rugs, etc.), a supplies or linen closet or similar area, and so forth - anywhere unorganized or with lots of junk or paperwork; I am an extremely organized person, someone whom is constantly organizing, cleaning, putting things where they belong, and taking notes about everything important (all my own things are organized and alphabetized, in designated areas); can do whatever you specify and will record everything I do and where things are located; I can ALSO do office work for a business or anyone who needs a receptionist - I will answer phones, organize paperwork, take care of messages/people stopping in/minor bills and payments, etc.; $12/hr only! A TRUE bargain compared to the detailing and tediousness of the work!
HOUSE SITTING/PET SITTING - can watch your home while you are away - stop in daily, or more often if necessary for pets (up to twice a day with the house-sitting fee), and check up on house, water plants, feed/clean/walk/play with animals, and anything else you may specify, such as turning on/off lights; $15/day of house-sitting, which includes taking care of small pets (fish, snake, hamster, cat - things that do not need to be let out); separate pet-sitting, in which the pet needs to stay with me or be checked up on or let out/fed/walked more than twice a day, will cost $20/day
DRIVING - I can also drive people around, do pick-ups and drop-offs to and from the airport or such places, can drive people's cars to a designated location FROM an airport when they cannot, can easily drive someone around or can run errands for someone by myself, etc.; $12/hr only! PLUS GAS if using my vehicle
PAINTING – can paint a small or basic room, nothing too complicated (will have an art gallery website coming soon for the artwork I have done and am capable of - let me know if you have any specific or unusual requests!); $10/hr to paint a room
CREATING MINOR PUBLICATIONS – can create minor publications such as business cards, event/sales flyers, posters, banners, doorknob hangers, party accessories (i.e. paper hats with your child’s photo on them), and so forth; if you’re not sure if I do it, then ASK and I’ll let you know if I can handle it; will work with you to create something of your liking, per your instructions and imagination; I am proficient with using Microsoft Word, Publisher, Office, and a few other relative programs to create publications; $10/hr for the work of putting the publication together, PLUS the printing fees of taking it to be printed on the proper paper/cardstock
PRICES LISTED ABOVE are not set in stone, they act more as guidelines and I am more than willing to negotiate a fair price according to the job.
Any other minor/odd/household jobs you think a young, very capable, responsible, caring, safe, organized, cleanly, motivated, persistent, eager, fun, outgoing, loyal, dependent, and trust-worthy person such as myself could handle, PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN HIRING ME FOR ANY RELEVANT JOBS AND WHAT YOU THINK A FAIR PAYMENT WOULD BE! I can work gigs, temporary or seasons, or steady part-time. For example, it would be possible for me to take out weeds in residential areas, mulch, drive our own vehicle to the airport to pick someone up and take them where they need to go, pick up garbage outside or in a certain area, water outdoor plants/gardens (daily/weekly), make a picture collage or scrapbook or frame (i.e. a large, framed collection of cutout pictures all grouped together to create a collage - you provide the expenses for the materials or pick out and provide the materials yourself; photo restoration and resizing is available, too), run errands (such as picking up food/laundry/work items, dropping off and picking people up around town, doing the grocery or hygiene shopping, etc.), mow lawns, etc.. I can do many things, and if I am not good at something, I am a quick learner and very strong-willed. I WANT TO HELP MAKE YOUR LIFE EASIER, and hopefully you can help me be able to support my family by helping me help you by CALLING FOR SOME OF THE SERVICES I CAN PROVIDE! If I am not able to take care of something for you to the best of my ability, I have people standing by that can and will.
